House System

When a boy joins the school he is allocated to one of four houses for the purposes of sport and other competitions.  The House Shield is awarded at the end of each academic year to the most successful house.  To help foster a spirit of house loyalty, a House Captain oversees the activities of each house and organises the boys into teams for the competitions.

There are distinctive house colours, worn as a stripe on the blazer and on house rugby jerseys.
