Notice of Internal Vacancies
September 2010
Following the decision not to replace Dean Robinson on the Senior Management Team and the consequent need for some re-structuring of the existing Senior Management responsibilities, the Board of Governors has agreed to the following posts which, while necessary in themselves for successful management of the School, are also seen as developmental, in that they offer staff an opportunity for whole school responsibilities.
The SMT posts below are designed to be undertaken for two academic years to allow a sufficient period of development. At the end of two years, the need for each post will be reviewed and consequently re-advertised, adapted or discontinued, according to the School’s needs and budget at the time. It is assumed that the successful applicants in this round will not apply for the same post again.
