FACILITIES MANAGER

Bangor Grammar School will move to its new site on the Gransha Road, Bangor, in January 2013. It intends, therefore, to appoint a full-time Facilities Manager to be responsible for, among other things:

• the maintenance of the grounds and operation of technologically advanced plant in the new building;
• the management of relevant support staff;
• the development and management of community access out of school hours.

The successful applicant will be expected to take up the post as early as possible in the next school year in order to become accustomed to, and trained in, the technology, procedures and processes involved in a complex and exciting new building.
